How it works?

 Step 1

  • Fill in the questionnaire, please provide as much information as you can.   The more information you provide the more personalised the poem will be
  • Provide me with contact details on which I can contact you to ask any questions, in order to assist with the tone and message of the personalised poem ( if the personalised poem is urgent then please ensure that you provide an email address that you check regularly).

Step 2

  • I will respond with a quote and a minimum lenth of the personalised poem within 48 hours
  • If you are happy to proceed then please log on to the site and complete payment procedure

Step 3

  • Your personalised poem will be with you within 10 days.   If the personalised poem is urgent tell me and I will let you know if I can get it to you quicker.
  • If you feel that there are any aspects of the personalised poem that are not relevant or do not portray the message that you want to convey then please contact me and I will make the appropriate amendments
  • I want you to be 100% satisfied with your personalised poem
